To relieve sleeplessness: 2 x Sleep by Remifemin tablets with water 1 hour before bedtime and another 2 at bedtime.
In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and
see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual:
fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain,
dark urine or itching.
Avoid driving or operating machinery for at least 2 hours after you take Sleep by Remifemin as your reactivity can be influenced, even if taken as directed. This effect may be increased by the consumption of alcohol. It is recommended that alcohol is avoided when taking this medicine.
Please do not take Sleep by Remifemin in a horizontal position - please take unchewed with sufficient water.
Do not take Sleep by Remifemin if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
