Wash your hands thoroughly and find a comfortable place. Carefully remove one suppository from its packaging.
Position yourself on your side with knees drawn up, and gently insert one suppository into the rectum.
Keep the suppository in place for at least 15-20 minutes if possible. It is not necessary to remove or wait for the suppository to completely melt to obtain results.
