BEFORE TRAINING:
Mix 1 serve into 150-250ml of water, non-acidic juice or with your pre-workout, 15-20 mins before commencing physical activity. 

AFTER TRAINING:
Mix 1 serve into 150-250ml of water, non-acidic juice or with your post-workout shake.
