My Beauty Body Massage Brush can be used in the shower or as a dry brush. The massage side helps to relax muscles and encourage blood circulation.

Wet brush: Cleans and exfoliates skin. Ideal for scrubbing and lathering soap.

Dry brush: Helps to stimulate lymphatic system, improve blood circulation and exfoliates skin. Use on dry skin before shower or bath. Recommended use: up to 5 minutes, 1-2 times per week.

Dry brushing may cause redness - this is normal and will fade over time. 

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Avoid using on sensitive, broken/irritated skin, acne or open cuts.
