Adults Only: Take 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 capsules with lunch at least 3 hours apart. The maximum dosage is 4 capsules daily. Open the capsule and squeeze it into food if you have swallowing concerns. Swallow with a glass of water. Do not take more than 2 capsules within a 3-hour period.

Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. To be taken with food. Adults only. Contains 49.63mg total caffeine per capsule. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine.
