Protein Blend [Whey Protein Concentrate (Contains Milk, Soy), Milk Protein Concentrate, Collagen (5%)], Milk Solids, Maltodextrin, Dietary Fibre (Inulin), Slimbiome (5%) [Chicory Root Fibre, Glucomannan, Chromium Picolinate], Coffee Powder (2%), Medium Chain Triglycerides (Contains Milk), Minerals [Calcium Phosphate, Potassium Phosphate, Magnesium Oxide, Ferric Pyrophosphate, Copper Sulphate, Zinc, Potassium Iodide, Sodium Selenite, Sodium Molybdate, Chromium Chloride, Manganese Sulphate], Natural Flavouring, Vegetable Gum (Guar), Colour (150a), Sweetener (955, 960), Green Tea Extract, Vitamins [C, E, B3, A, B5, D, B6, Folic Acid, B2, B12, Biotin, B1].

 

Contains Milk, Soy, Caffeine. 

Mix 3 level scoops to 350ml of chilled water in a shaker and shake to dissolve.

Drink immediately, do not store for use at a later time.

Replace up to two meals per day and have a well-balanced third meal and snacks.

Drink a minimum of 2 litres of water per day.
