Spray an abundant quantity of the oil evenly over the entire body, 20 min. before sun exposure and reapply every 2 hours or more often when sweating, and after swimming and towel drying.

Avoid contact with irritated skin. For external use only. The product contains ingredients that could colour fabrics. Always read the label. Follow the directions for use. Reapply frequently.
