Flamigel® is a Hydroactive gel with Arginine. It keeps the wound moist and protected from germs. This helps the skin heal up to 40% faster* and lowers the risk of scars. Flamigel® has been used for over 25 years. You can apply it straight on the wound after cleaning. The gel is not greasy. It gives fast relief and does not stain.

Flamigel® works in five simple ways
1. Moisture Recovery
The gel gives hydration. It keeps the wound moist, which helps healing. It soothes dry wound and supports natural repair processes. It is ideal for very dry or cracked hands and feet. (don't rub let the gel act on your skin)
2. Cell Repair
Arginine helps the skin repair itself. It supports the natural rebuild of the skin barrier. This helps with grazes, small cuts, small wounds, and very dry skin.
3. Protective Barrier
The gel helps keep a slightly acidic pH on the skin. This protects the wound from germs. It limits harmful microbes and supports good skin bacteria.
4. Fast Cooling
The gel cools the skin fast. It can lower skin temperature* by up to 4°C. This gives quick relief after sunburn or a first-degree burn. It helps calm hot and irritated skin.
5. Fluid Absorption
For wet wounds, the gel absorbs extra fluid. It keeps the right moisture level. This helps prevent maceration and supports healthy healing.

Active Ingredients: Hydrocolloid and Arginine
Wash hands before and after treating the wound. Clean and dry the wound gently before applying the gel.
For superficial burns, dry or cracked skin, waxing or shaving, laser-therapy, post-tattoo and minor wounds like small cuts or grazes, apply Flamigel® once or twice a day without rubbing. For sunburn, apply two to six times daily. You may cover the wound with a plaster or dressing and change it every day. Apply a thin layer (at least 2mm)
For superficial open wounds, Apply a thick layer of Flamigel® (2-5 mm) to the wound
minimising contact with the wound edges. Cover with a sterile, non-adhesive dressing and keep it in place as long as the gel stays intact. When new skin starts to form, switch to a thin layer of Flamigel® to prevent weakening. If necessary, protect the wound edges.
For superficial open wounds, change Flamigel® and the dressing daily.
Storage Temperature: Below 25°C

• Side-effects such as irritations or allergic reactions are rare.
• Do not use Flamigel® when there is a known allergic reaction to parabens or any of the ingredients.
• Do not use Flamigel® on the eyelids or in the eyes. If Flamigel® comes into contact with the eyes rinse the eyes with running water and consult a doctor.
• On extensive weeping or infected wounds, consult a doctor before using Flamigel® because other complementary treatments might be necessary.
• If the wound becomes swollen, reddened or painful, or doesn't start to heal within a few days seek medical advice.
Stop immediately using Flamigel® if irritation or allergy occurs. If any serious incident occurs in relation to the device, or your condition worsens, please contact your doctor or pharmacist.
