•For application in the spaces between your teeth, apply the gel to an interdental brush and insert through the space. No need to rinse afterwards.

•    Use for no more than 10 days without a break.
•    Break for 4 days
•    Repeat the cycle as necessary
•    For usage in interdental spaces apply gel to interdental brush.
