Adults only: Take 1 tablet every 3 hours with food. Do not exceed 5 tablets a day. Split the tablet into half if you have swallowing concerns. Swallow with a glass of water. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.

Contains 73.94 mg total Caffeine per tablet. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine. Caffeine intake of more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Limit the use of caffeine containing products (including tea or coffee) when taking this product. Caffeine interacts with enzyme CYP1A2 in the liver. Consult your health professional before taking with other medicines.
