SERVING SUGGESTIONS: 1 serve = 30g use up to 1 serve a day.
HOW: add 30g (3 scoops) to 200ml of water for a low carb drink. Use the scoop provided with powder for measuring. Shake or blend until mixed and serve. May also be added to other foods to increase protein content. Alternatively mix with juice or low fat milk.
