Active Ingredients: Each soft capsule contains: Cod-liver oil 1 g, equiv. to Vitamin A 300 micrograms retinol equivalents, equiv. to colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 100IU) 2.5 micrograms.
Adults: Take 1 soft capsule with water, three times daily. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
