Each effervescent tablet contains:
Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit ext. dry conc. 163mg
equiv. to dry fruit 5.7g
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 1000mg
Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate) 2mg

Active Ingredients: Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit juice dry equiv. to fruit juice fresh 163mg/5.7g; ascorbic acid (Vit C) 1000mg; zinc (as zinc gluconate) 2mg.

Contains: Contains sucralose, 462mg of sodium per tablet.

Best taken at first sign of Cold & Flu and at times of immune stress. Dissolve 1 tablet in 250mL (1 glass) of warm or cold water. Once dissolved, consume immediately.
