Always maintain control over the band- move slowly and do not allow the band to recoil quickly.  Ensure that the band is secured well and be careful of any recoil of the band near to the face.  Inspect the band before each use and if you see any tears, nicks or damage to the band, discard the band.

The RockBand Micro can be used for strengthening muscles and activating muscle groups before activity as part of a warm up.  The RockBand Micro comes with a booklet outlining a series of upper and lower body exercises.  For specific, individual advice, consult your healthcare or fitness professional.
