Active Ingredients: Each dose provides magnesium 200 mg (from magnesium glycinate), magnesium 110 mg (from magnesium citrate), providing a total elemental magnesium of 310 mg; Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) extract dry concentrate 50 mg, derived from 200 mg dry herb; and ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 300 mg.
Adults, mix 6 g powder (1 scoop) into 200 mL of water and consume immediately, once daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
