Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 50 mg; Magnesium (from magnesium citrate nonahydrate) 105 mg; Fortigel® (hydrolysed collagen) 5 g; Glucosamine Sulfate (from glucosamine sulfate sodium chloride 1.89 g) 1.5 g

ADULT DOSAGE:

Mix 3 level metric teaspoons (9 g) with 200 mL of water. Consume once daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Once dissolved, consume immediately. Some settling of the powder may occur after mixing.
