Medicinal cannabis orders are delivered by our premium delivery partner – Airlock Post securely delivers direct to your door. Orders are subject to delivery times once your order has been dispensed, please allow sufficient time to ensure you do not run out of medicine.
Orders for medicinal cannabis will require valid form of government-issued photo ID and signature on delivery. The shipment will not be left unattended, even if you have an 'Authority To Leave' for your address.

eScripts are the digital version of traditional paper prescriptions.
You can access them anytime, anywhere via your smartphone and you don't have to worry about losing them. As a paperless service, eScripts are also a more environmentally friendly option.
eScripts are transmitted and protected through a secured and encrypted system called the Prescription Exchange Service (PES), and only an authorised pharmacist with your permission can access it.
With eScripts, ordering your prescriptions online is now easier than ever! You can submit your eScript to Chemist Warehouse Online to have your medicine dispensed and delivered to your door.

Yes, you must be home to accept your delivery. Upon delivery, you'll need to provide a signature and present a valid form of government-issued photo ID which will be matched against the name on the order.

If you are not home to receive your order, it will be taken to a nearby Post Office. An email and SMS will be sent to you with the collection details. When collecting your order from the Post Office, you will need to bring a valid form of government-issued photo ID. This will be matched against the name on the order.
Your order will remain at the Post Office for 10 days; if it is not collected within this time, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a refund for the cost of the item(s).
