Terms of Entry 

Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be eligible or accepted.   

Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void. 

Entry is conditional upon buying any MCoBeauty product in-store or online at Chemist Warehouse, My Chemist or E-Pharmacy and entering via the above URL. You must be able to provide proof of such transactions in the form of a valid purchase receipt number.  

The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected or damaged however caused. 

Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

Multiple entries by eligible entrants are accepted, subject to entrants holding multiple proofs of purchase with different valid purchase receipt numbers, subject to the following conditions: only one entry allowed per day during the Competition Period; and  

Who May Enter 

The Competition is open to Australian permanent residents over 18 years of age.  

The Competition is not open to: 

Employees of the Promoter and MCoBeauty Pty Ltd; 

Parties to whom the Promoter has contracted work in relation to this Competition; 

Parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Competition; and 

Any immediate family members of any of the above mentioned parties. 

Prize 

5 nights accommodation for 2 at 5-Star Six Senses Uluwatu Bali 

Valid for travel from 1 August 2024 until 1 September 2025 (bookings must be made before 1 July 2025). 

Nyepi Day:?Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 29 March 2025, during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable. 

Blackout Dates & Surcharges:?A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply. 

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee:?Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable. 

Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print. 

Flexible Cancellation:?You can cancel your booking for credit up until?21?days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable. 
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of?finalising?the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s). 

Date Changes:?If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges. 

The winner must be 18 or over.  

Any additional costs (including without limitation), cost to get to departure point, spending money, passport and visa costs, food and beverage (outside the package), minibar or any other ancillary costs are not included and must be covered by the guest.  

Prize is not exchangeable, transferrable or redeemable for cash or credit. 

Flight costs are capped at a maximum of $1,000.00 per person 

Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice. 

Traditional Balinese massage can be redeemed at Six Senses Spa from 9am to 9pm daily. Advanced bookings essential. 

Daily buffet breakfast served at Rocka between 7.30am and 11am. 

Daily choice of two-course lunch or set menu dinner is served at Rocka. 

Lunch is available from 12pm to 4pm and dinner from 6pm to 11pm (last order at 10.30pm). Advanced bookings essential. 

Daily free-flow drinks hour is at The Cliff Bar and includes beer, wine, sparkling wine, cocktails and spirits. 

Daily unlimited ice-cream is available at the Ice Cream Corner near the main pool area from 12pm to 4pm. 

Organic garden tour is available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Bookings are required at least 24 hours in advance. Guided by the Sustainability Manager, the experience includes an educational tour around the organic garden through all the herb, salad and chili varieties as well as the mushroom hut. Tour begins at 4.30pm and ends at approximately 5pm. 

Children (five and under) must be accompanied by parents at all times in the Kids’ Club. 

The complimentary Cinema Under the Stars experience includes access to a relaxing sun lounger, homemade popcorn and state of the art surround-sound to enjoy the movie. Scheduled screenings take place three times a week starting at 7.30pm, but screenings can also be arranged for couples, families or groups. 

Includes:?A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person. 

You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from?[email protected]. 

Rates are per car, one way. 

A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage. 

An infant seat can be booked at IDR35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own. 

The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. 

Includes:?Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas. 

Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.

Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability). 

Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.

The Competition winners will be selected by 3.00pm on Thursday 30 Janaury 2025. 

The Competition winners will be randomly selected using automated online software by the digital team. The Competition will be drawn at 6 Albert Street, Preston VIC 3072 at 3:00pm. 

The Competition winners will be notified by SMS or email by 5.00pm Thursday 30 Janaury 2025. Whilst the Promoter will use its best endeavours to contact the winners within the abovementioned time, the decision not to award an entrant who cannot be contacted a prize is at the sole and absolute discretion of the promoter. 

If within one month after the determination of the winners of the lottery, a prize (other than a prize consisting of perishable goods) has not been claimed by the winner, the promoter must take all reasonable steps to deliver the prize to the prize winner. At the conclusion of the one month if the prize cannot be delivered, the promoter must notify the Office and, subject to the Office’s approval, re-determine the winner of the prize in accordance with any directions by the Office. 

If the prize is unclaimed, the Promoter will re draw on Friday 28 February 2025 at 10.00am at 6 Albert Street, Preston VIC, 3072 and publish last name, first initial and postcode of competition winner on the below sites on Friday 28 February 2025 by 5:00pm. The re drawn winner will be contacted in writing on Friday 28 February 2025. 

A person purporting to be a prize winner may be required to provide proof of identity and to verify any other eligibility requirements. 

Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take/redeem the prize (or an element of the prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited. 

Publication of winner’s details 

The Promoter will publish the Competition winners details (last name, first initial and postcode) on the following websites on Thursday 30 January 2025 and that information shall remain posted there for at least 28 days. 

Privacy and use of personal information 

In accordance with the Privacy Act (1988) (Cth), the Promoter notifies entrants that entry to the Competition involves the collection of personal information about entrants, such as their name, address, mobile phone number and email address.  This is collected for the purpose of establishing eligibility, carrying out the Competition and notifying the winner.  If the information is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition.  Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State Lottery agencies and winner’ name published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.   

Each entrant consents to the Promoter using their personal information provided in connection with their entry, for the purposes of undertaking any investigation in connection with verifying the identity of an entry or any suspected tampering.   

Each entrant consents to the Promoter and its authorised licensees using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or photograph and voice in the event that they are the winner, in any media for an unlimited period of time, without remuneration or compensation, for the purposes of promoting the outcome of this Competition.   

Discontinuation of the Competition or Disqualification of an Entrant 

Subject to State legislation; The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue the Competition at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion may cancel, terminate or modify the Competition without the need to provide compensation to entrants or attempted entrants. 

The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with (or whom the Promoter reasonably suspects has tampered with) the entry process or the winner selection process or who has otherwise been misleading or fraudulent in the course of the Competition. 

Exclusion of Liability 

The Promoter makes no representation nor provides any warranties as to the quality or suitability of the prizes offered. 

The Promoter is not responsible for any losses associated with any change to the value of any prizes. 

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any person or to personal property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangements for the supply of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner and where applicable, to any person or persons accompanying the prize winner. 

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from a winner receiving a cash prize and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice.   If, for GST purposes, this promotion results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values. 

The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this Competition will be final. 

The Promoter is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions. 

The Promoter is under no obligation to engage in any form of correspondence whatsoever with entrants or purported entrants, or their representatives, in any matters relating to the Competition.
