MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION

Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

The pharmacist will determine if this product is appropriate for you and if so, approve the order. In the event that you do not do this, the product will be deleted from your order and the balance of your order will be dispatched.

General Information
Uganic Premium Toddler Milk Drink sets the standard in organic toddler milk. Made from the highest quality Australian Certified Organic cow’s milk, formulated with 16 vitamins, mineral, prebiotics and probiotics to provide your growing toddler with the best start to life.
Our Toddler Milk drink is made from 100% Australian Certified Organic milk, proudly certified by National Association of Agriculture Australia (NASAA Certified Organic).
Warnings
Follow instructions exactly. Do not change proportions of powder except on medical advice.
CAUTION
Do not use if seal is broken. Always replace plastic lid after use. Avoid prolonged storage at excessive temperatures.

Organic milk solids [organic demineralised whey powder, organic lactose, organic skim milk liquid or powder, organic whey protein concentrate, organic whole milk liquid or powder], Organic vegetable oil [organic palm kernel oil, organic soybean oil, organic sunflower oil, organic palm olein oil], Organic fructo-oligosaccharides powder (FOS), Docosahexaenoic acid powder (DHA from fish oil), Maltodextrin.
Total Certified Organic content = 98.4%
Probiotics: Bifidobacterium longum BB536.
Minerals: Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Iodine. Vitamins: Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B6, Vitamin A, Folic acid, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12.
Protein source: Cow’s milk
Allergens: Contains milk, soy and fish
Directions
Each bottle should be prepared individually. If a bottle of made up formula is to be stored prior to use, it must be refrigerated and used within 24 hours. Formula left in the bottle after a feed must be discarded.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pour 240ml of water into a cup or shaker
2. Add 6 scoops of Uganic Toddler Milk
3. Shake or stir until dissolved
4. Return scoop to convenient and hygienic scoop holder in lid
5.Toddler milk should be made just before serving or refrigerated and consumed
within 24 hours.
