MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
-
Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

Amazing!!
I have been using FitMe for years!! (And loved that) but recently tried this new product and I think it’s a game changer! My skin has never looked so smooth and fresh! Love that it has 40SPF! Thank you!

My new favourite !!
I recently tried this for the 1st time & am really impressed with it. I'm a 60 y.o. with few wrinkles but needed to upgrade from the Maybelline dream matte foundation I'd been using for years. I have slightly sensitive skin but needed a full coverage foundation that looked natural, felt light to wear & didn't 'age' me even more. After reading tons of reviews, (which I'd recommend everyone did before making a foundation change), I happily settled on this. Also, good on maybelline for keeping their foundation shades the same across their range. Good one Maybelline !!

I've been using it for month ad I love it. Looks beautiful on the skin, blends easily, lasts all day, looks like skin. I have very dry skin, so foundations cling to dry patches and look terrible, but not this one. And the best part... the SPF.
I can't say enough good things about it. Maybelline please never get rid of this one!

This stuff is seriously amazing. I'd heard so many people say the same thing especially on YouTube. The colour I use classic ivory 120 seriously matches my skin perfectly. It gives it a healthy glow and works really well either with or without primer and it lasts all day, by the end of the day it still looks very fresh. I also love that it's high spf so I know I am protecting my skin from the sun. I've had so many compliments too which is nice :) pleassee don't be dumb and discontinue this because that would make no sense. People including myself LOVE IT.
