MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
-
Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

General Information
Your baby is so small but can still make a huge mess! The Twist & Click nappy bin is the only nappy bin to twist and individually wrap each nappy, safely sealing away odours and germs, keeping your home tidy and odour-free.
The multi-layer, anti-bacterial GREENFILM™ is 100x more effective than nappy sacks as it is Biomaster** protected to kill 99% of dangerous germs like E-coli and Staphylococcus Aureus. On contact it stops proteins being broken down by bacteria, a process responsible for lots of nasty smells. The smart sealing lid encloses all unpleasant odours and the inbuilt plunger pushes nappies deep into the bin, keeping your hands clean. Despite its compact size, this nappy bin can hold up to 28 nappies* at once, meaning fewer trips to the outside bin.
The nappy bin comes with one pre-loaded refill cassette. Each refill provides enough anti-bacterial film to wrap up to 1 month's worth* of nappies depending on the size and number you use.
To reduce the impact on the environment the Twist & Click nappy bin and refill chassis are made from 98% recycled and fully recyclable plastic and our multi-layer, antibacterial GREENFILM™ is now bio-based and made from sustainably sourced sugar cane.
Please note that the Twist & Click nappy disposal system is only compatible with the Tommee Tippee Twist & Click refills. Sangenic TEC & Simplee Sangenic refill cassettes are not compatible with this bin. For optimum performance we only recommend using original Twist & Click branded refill cassettes in your Twist & Click nappy bin.

Best purchase!
I absolutely love this bin! I bought it having done no research and have no regrets. Unless you've only used it for soiled nappies it holds the smell in really well. Easy to use, refill, empty etc. Easy to source refills for it, or can do home made refills. Affordable and a must have in our view!

Essential to any change table/ nappy station
We absolutely love our tommee tippee twist and click nappy bin. The bin is used everytime we change a nappy, and keeps the nappies organised and contained throughout the last few months. The bin is easily used with cassettes, which are purchased separately. Once the cassette is full, the bin liner will run out and you will need to tie off the bag. This product is a must have!

Love this bin!
We love this bin!
It's so easy to use and nice and compact so it doesn't take up a lot of room in the nursery.
Usually it keeps the smell locked inside but sometimes I notice it doesn’t lock in all of the smell (with a poo nappy) but I always use a cotton ball with a couple of drops of essential oil and leave it at the bottom of the bin and that works :)
I would recommend to any parent!

Love ours! It's so easy to use and nice and compact so it doesn't take up a lot of room in the nursery. It holds in all the smell and makes dirty nappy changes a lot easier. I wouldn't of been able to survive countless poonamies without it!! Would recommend to any parent!
