Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

Best nappy cream on the market!
I came across Nappy Goo a few months ago at Chemist Warehouse and after having twins I’ll never use any other product again. It is hands down a winner. Clears mild to severe nappy rash within hours when no other product comes close and added bonus it smells refreshing.

Amazing nappy cream
I’d been using other nappy creams with gentle ingredients but nothing was working and was starting to worry baby’s nappy rash was fungal. Doctor said it may it may not be but as not clearing up I could trial antifungal cream. I read the reviews for nappy goo and decided to give it a go before anti fungal cream. Was so impressed with the results and natural ingredients! It cleared the rash in 3 days! Love that it’s by a children’s hospital too!

The Best Nappy Cream

Works great!
We bought this after recommendation from a friend. It works really well for nappy rash! Reduces the redness on baby's bottom pretty much with one application. Friend had mentioned that it was developed by Royal children's hospital and contains natural ingredients. The smell is mainly of eukalyptus which is nice, but some might find the smell too strong for their liking.

The best nappy cream going around!
Nappy goo not only smells great, but it is excellent in clearing up any nappy rash quickly. I have always used this product for my little one’s nappy area as soon as I notice any red, then it is gone within a day or so. Highly recommend.

Best nappy barrier cream. Better than mustela.
There was a very dry patch after using Mustela for my baby boy and after switching to nappy goo, the dry patch was gone after 3-4 uses.

Good news for adults also!
I discovered this product amongst the 'Baby Care' products in your online shop some weeks ago. Incontinence is a problem in our older family members, so we tried your cream on the badly affected areas of the skin with most dramatic results! After a couple of days, the rash and chafing problems disappeared and are controlled now by applications of the product as necessary. A great medication for adult sufferers from incontinence.

My baby had a severe nappy rash when he had an episode of gastro. His skin was broken, irritated and was swollen. The doctor from the children’s hospital recommended nappy goo. I highly recommend this product as my baby’s rash was gone in 3-4 days. Great product!!

Best nappy/barrier cream
I was given a tube of this by a friend when my baby was a few weeks old. Had been given the standard barrier creams at my baby shower but they didn’t seem to help much. I put this on Baby at least once per day, or as soon as any redness appears. The redness is always gone the next day. also helps having a nice natural scent!
Have now stocked up via chemist warehouse so we never run out!

Great cream spreads easily and
It came in my baby shower gift pack and being a first time mom I had no idea as to what product was good or not for rashes. So when my baby got his first rash on his bottom I used what I had ( this cream and haven't looked back since!). I have been using it on my newborn of 4 weeks and couldn't be happier that I got this. It spreads easily and is non greasy and cures rashes real quick. Protects skin for longer hours!
