MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION

Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

General Information
Aveeno Active Naturals Skin Relief Moisturising Lotion with menthol and dimethicone skin protectant. Use as a cooling and soothing cream on very dry, itchy skin for long lasting moisturisation for 24 hours. Moisturiser contains colloidal oatmeal.
When skin is extra-dry, it can become dry and uncomfortably itchy. Aveeno Active Naturals Skin Relief Moisturising Body Lotion with cooling action and Dimethicone skin protectant, provides immediate relief and lasting moisture for very dry, itchy skin.
This soothing cream also includes menthol to cool and help relieve itchy, dry skin while providing intense moisturisation to help prevent dry skin throughout the day.

Aveeno skin relief lotion
I suffered with itchy skin on different parts of my body for quite a while, I used a variety of creams and they did not provide or stop the itching for any length of time, I came across Aveeno skin relief with cooling aspect and it immediately made a difference to my skin, I love this lotion and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for some relief with their skin. Excellent product and I would recommend it to anyone and the menthol feel is cooling and it works well.

Refreshing on sensitive sore red face!
Usually skin cream irritates my face and can be painful. Aveeno with cooling action relieves the 'after shower dryness' without causing pain. Definitely recommend to those who have had trouble finding moisturiser for sensitive skin!
