- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION

Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

General Information
Milky Foot is a luxurious at-home pedicure treatment, which removes hardened skin through its intense peeling action after just one application. No effort required. No tiresome foot filing or messy ointments. Milky Foot’s handy little foot exfoliation socks do all the work for you. Milky Foot’s formulation uses ExMilac (milk ferment filtrate) and mandelic acid (derived from almond milk), to help fast-track treatment time. In just 45-60 minutes, feet will start to feel the softening benefits of the salicylic acid-free formulation, that’s especially tailored for sensitive skin.
Warnings
Do not forcefully remove dead skin when the exfoliating process begins as it may damage your skin. To enhance the peeling process, soak feet in warm soapy water.
Milky Foot should not be used by pregnant women, children or people with diabetes or poor circulation.
Always read and follow the instructions carefully.
This product contains less than 2% salicylic acid, pH 3.0+-0.5 (Acidic), AHA (14% w/w). Do not use if you are sensitive to salicylic acid.
If you have a history of skin allergies, suffer from nail fungal infections/ open wounds, please consult your health care professional before use.
Do not use on other areas of the body or on inflamed broken skin.
Use Milky Foot Active immediately after opening.
If skin becomes irritated (burning or itching sensation) during application, wash off immediately. A cooling sensation on application is normal.
Remove nail polish and spray tan before use.
Individual results and time taken to peel may vary.
Common Uses
Milky Foot's unique active ingredient ExMilac works by using enzymes that help break down the hardened protein in dry, scaly skin. Milky Foot also contains additional exfoliating agents; alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) and beta-hydroxy acid (BHA) to help break down dead skin cells, amino acids to moisturise the skin and herbal extracts such as Aloe Vera, Calendula and Camomile to soothe and calm the skin.
Ingredients
Aqua (Pure water), Milk Fermate Filtrate, Ethyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Butylene Glycol, Propylene Glycol, Mandelic Acid, Lactic Acid, Glycolic Acid, Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Ascorbic Acid, Willow Bark Extract/ Aloe Barbadensis Flower Extract/ Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract/ Anthemis Nobis Flower Extract/ Tilia Cordata Flower Extract/ Centaurea Cyanus Flower Extract/ Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract/ Hypericum Perforatum Extract/ Ginko Biloba Leaf Extract/ Mentha Arvensis Leaf Oil.
Directions
1. Cut along dotted lines of Milky Foot Intense Exfoliating Foot Pads (socks) and then place on freshly washed feet. Use Milky Foot’s tabs to secure by folding over the socks around the front of your ankle and stick down.
2. Allow your feet to soak in the socks for at least 45-60 minutes. Keep your feet flat on the ground. Remove socks and rinse feet with warm water. Dry your feet. Do not use for longer than the recommended time. Throw away after first use.
3. Hardened, dead skin should start to peel 3 days after use. The entire exfoliation process may last for 7 days and in some cases up to 10 days.
4. Repeat as needed. For really soft feet, repeat Milky Foot every 2 months.

A great product, my feet were dry and heavily cracked from bare feet at the ocean all summer. I used as directions stated 7days later bits of skin began falling off my feet. I popped my feet into a tub of warm water and rubbed with a loofer, wow!!! bits of skin just falling off the cracked skin came off beautifully. My feet look the best in years. Recommended by my daughter.

I bought this product about a month ago and I waited the results before reviewing it. Itis just amazing. After I used it as per instructions I moisturized my feet and waited. My feet started peeling after around 48h and kept peeling for around 6 days. I recomend wearin socks during these days if you don't want to vacuum dead skin from your floor every 20 min. After more than 3 weeks, my feet are still silky smooth and I enjoy it especially now in summer time. I am now recomending it to all my friends and family.
