At Champ, we prioritise quick service and strive to ship out orders within 24 business hours after they are received. Australia Post is our preferred shipping provider and delivery speed can be checked on the Australia Post website. Please note that if you receive a refund, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact customer service via email within 30 days of delivery and they will be happy to organise you a replacement product or full refund.
We are unable to offer change of mind returns for mouthguards where the packaging has been opened. Any returns, the postage fees are to be paid by the buyer.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, or the customer does not follow up after receiving a 'delivery attempted' card to organise redelivery/pick up from the depot resulting in the item being returned to us then the outbound shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days from approval.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
