Most destinations in Australia receive deliveries within 2-4 working days. Remote destinations can take up to 7 working days.
Shipments are available Australia wide and with Authority to Leave. Authority to Leave means the Customer gives permission to Staydry for the product to be left at the requested address, whether anybody is available to accept the delivery or not.
Please ensure that you provide an address that can accept a delivery during normal business hours.
Staydry will not take responsibility for any lost or stolen products that are addressed incorrectly due to misinformation given on the order form, or where the Customer is not available to accept the delivery.
Returns
•If for any reason, you believe the product is faulty/defective in any way, you may request an exchange or a refund. Staydry will exchange a faulty/defective product if it is found there was a production error. This does not apply where a defect has been caused by careless or improper handling, non-adherence to instructions, other abuse or misuse caused by the Customer or a third party, or by fair wear and tear.
•We are unable to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind purchases so please ensure you select your product(s) carefully.
•Change of mind returns are not accepted for personal hygiene products which includes underwear due to hygienic reasons. Remedies for defective goods are still available.
•If you need to cancel/change your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected], we may be able to cancel/change your order if it has not yet been shipped.
•To make a claim, you must obtain a return authorisation number by email. Your email must be sent within 30 days of the date recorded on the order receipt and indicate your personal details, invoice number, and product, along with the reason you believe the product is faulty to [email protected]. This will enable us to allocate you a return authorisation number & inform you where to send the product believed to be faulty.
