Shipment processing time -All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 11am ADST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking -You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery -We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. Itera Health will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments -If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.

Upon delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to review the goods and inform Itera Health of any requests for refund within 72 hours via written notification. All refund claims, along with a completed Itera Health Discrepancy Report (provided by us to customers), should be directed to our Customer Service for examination and approval by the Customer Service Supervisor. We will not grant any refund without previous approval.

At its sole discretion, Itera Health will either replace or issue a refund for any products that have been damaged in transit or those that were short delivered or have a short expiration date (less than 6 months). These provisions are contingent on receipt of a written claim supported by photographic evidence of the issue within 72 hours of delivery. Claims submitted beyond the 72-hour window will not be considered.

Goods delivered erroneously must be returned to Itera Health in a sellable state via a carrier nominated by Itera Health, and must be accompanied by the appropriate Returned Goods Authority (RGA). The RGA (provided by us to customers) is mandatory for accepting returned goods. Every returned item must bear the RGA number and have a copy of the RGA affixed to the carton’s exterior.

In certain cases, at Itera Health’s sole discretion, customers may be allowed to discard the goods. If applicable, customers will be obliged to complete a destruction certificate documenting the disposal prior to the issuance of refund.

Itera Health will not accept any goods that have broken seals or have been degraded due to mishandling or improper storage conditions by the customer.

Refunds for purchases made with credit cards can only be processed back to the same credit card used for the initial transaction.
