Oxygn use the postal services of Australia Post and various other couriers to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your order. In some instances, larger/heavier items (parcels typically over 5kgs) will be dispatched via courier companies.

Orders will typically be dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon placing an online order. Please note that following public holidays, orders may be dispatched up to 72 hours after placing the order. Typically, orders made prior to 10am on business days will be dispatched that day.

Orders typically take 2-8 business days to reach their destination once they leave our warehouse.

Please note that as the Courier services are road delivery services, courier deliveries may take a little longer to arrive.

Returns and Refunds -We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can reject the goods and return them to us and choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

This is where the item; -has a problem that would have stopped a customer from buying the item if they had known about it in advance. -is unsafe. -is significantly different from the sample or description. -doesn’t do what we said it would or what you asked for and can’t be fixed. Please note that our Terms and Conditions may contain a statement as to the quality of the products which you can expect.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the goods and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major and is fixable, we reserve the right to fix the product within a reasonable time. If it is not fixed in a reasonable time you can again reject the goods and return them to us and choose a refund or replacement as above.

Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.

If you are seeking a refund or exchange, please return the goods to us in the original packaging if possible.
