BioGenesis offers free shipping for orders over $80 to customers within Australia.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns
Refunds, returns, and exchanges We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Right of Cancellation and Returns In some circumstances, you may have the right to return the product under the Australian Consumer Law. If you do have a right of cancellation, you must tell us within 7 days of receiving the product and return the product within 21 days of receipt:
-in their original condition -securely wrapped -with a delivery slip -with a detailed explanation of your issue with the product -at your own risk and cost
Upon receiving the product we will assess your request and in the event your request is accepted we will notify you in writing and provide a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving the product from you.
We will not provide a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind.

Chlorella is more nutrient-rich than spirulina, containing higher levels of chlorophyll, Omega-3 fatty acids. O?ur organic marine plant minerals are derived from Lithothamnion Calcareum. It is a nutrient rich multi-mineral complex whole food with a high bioadaptive source of calcium, magnesium, manganese, sodium, Iodine selenium, strontium, and boron and over 70 other marine trace minerals.
