All postage and handling prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise. Estimated delivery time frames are based on Metro areas. The actual delivery speed will depend on where in each state/territory the item is being posted from/to, and the level of restrictions and congestion in our delivery network at the relevant time.

WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS AND RETURNS? Mister Jones Health does not refund for change of mind, we will replace any products that arrive damaged.

Damaged in transit or faults If you are concerned that your product was damaged in transit, or faulty, please contact us and send a photo of the product/s and the outer packaging (to: [email protected]) within 30 days so we can provide assistance and issue a replacement where applicable.

Please email your request to return your product to [email protected] along with your full name, email address, order number, and mobile number. We must receive returned product(s) within 30 days of your order together with a copy of your sales invoice / order confirmation before we are able to consider a refund.

Due to safety regulations, we cannot accept any returns for open packages – this includes customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. Once an item has been received, inspected and approved, we will exchange the product or issue a refund for the purchase amount. Please note, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return costs Where returns are applicable, it is your responsibility to meet the costs of returning the goods to us, and to take care that they are not damaged while in your care or in transit. We strongly recommend that an insured or registered postal service is used for returns as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Please ensure that any returns have been approved by the customer care team prior to sending. Without approval, it may result in your return not being processed. Make sure the product is safely packaged to avoid damage in the post. Use a trackable and insured postal service. Please mark “Returned Items”; clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel. Return your products to the address indicated by our customer care team. Then send a follow up email to our customer care team ([email protected]) with your tracking information.
