Change of mind Unfortunately due to nature of the product, we cannot accept change of your mind returns. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is the right one for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.
Other returns We will accept returns and provide you with an exchange or refund (as applicable) where the product is:
- Is faulty or the quality Is not acceptable
- does not match the description provided on the Marketplace product page
- Expired or unsafe.
Where an item is eligible for a refund of this kind, we will refund the price of the item as well as any associated shipping costs to your original payment method.
Please Note, when returning a product, it must: - Include a reference to the order number. - Be in its original packaging with all boxes, bags and tags; - Include all accessories, manuals, certificates and warranty cards; - Include any free gifts or samples that came with it; - Not be worn, used, opened, or expired; and - Be in a resalable condition.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 business days.
Failed Delivery Attempts (if applicable) If our delivery partner is unable to successfully deliver your order and the order is returned to us, you must contact us at [email protected] to organize another delivery. Any associated shipping fees will be at the expense of the Customer. We are not liable for the delivery of goods and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Change of mind returns: If you have changed your mind about your order, we are happy to offer you a change-of-mind return policy for 30 days from the date of delivery. Consumers need to bear the shipping costs incurred when returning items. The delivery shipping fees will not be refunded as part of a change of mind return.

Apply conditioner to clean hair. Gently massage 5-10 minutes, then rinse with water. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse eyes thoroughly with water. SUITABLE FOR: All colours and textures.
