All orders are dispatched the following business day from the date that the order was placed.

Domestic Shipping (Australia-wide) is free for orders over $50, and a flat rate of $5 for orders under $50.

All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne Australia warehouse via Australia Post, DHL, eParcel and in some cases a courier service.

In peak times (eg, Christmas, Easter, public holidays) there may be a delay in goods being delivered.

On delivery you may be required to sign a proof of delivery document. If you are not available to take delivery, your goods will be taken to a local depot or post office and a calling card containing the relevant contact details will be left at the delivery address.

The Little Linen Company may provide your information to carrier for the purpose of tracking your order.

The Little Linen Company take the greatest care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality, although if you are not delighted with your purchase for any reason, you can return the unopened product in the original packaging along with proof of purchase within 30 days. Our Goods like all others come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

For Faulty Goods: In the unlikely event that you feel your item is faulty, please let us know and we will get in touch with you ASAP.

For Change of Mind Returns: We also happily accept change of mind returns for our products, please note that you will have to pay for and organize sending the parcel back to us, and your return postage cannot be reimbursed. Items purchased on sale are non-refundable or exchangeable.

For change of mind returns we offer: • A product exchange (with a value of no more than the original order), store credit or refund for items returned within 30 days of purchase; or • A product exchange (with a value of no more than the original order) or store credit for items returned after 30 days of purchase, *For product exchanges where the replacement product exceeds the value of the original product, the excess amount is to be shouldered by the customer.

Provided that the item/s: • Have proof of purchase; • is in its original condition and packaging; • is not gift cards, e-vouchers, discontinued items or an item that was reduced to clear (on clearance); and • is returned together with any free or bonus items that were provided with the item at the time of purchase.

The Little Linen Company reserves the right to decline a refund on an item that does not meet the criteria listed above. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
