CARRIER We use Australia Post to deliver domestic orders. We use regular post-estimated 5 business days once dispatched. We aim to deliver products to you to the address you provided at checkout, within these timeframes. However, from time to time our delivery partners will experience delays outside of our control. ITEM INCORRECT OR NOT WHAT I EXPECTED If the item you have received is significantly different to what was shown or described, not fit for its intended purpose, or the wrong item, please follow the returns process by emailing: [email protected]. Ensure that you provide as much detail as possible – this will help our team process your return in a timely manner.

If the item is confirmed to be inconsistent with what was shown or described, or unfit for purpose, we will refund the price of the item as well as any shipping costs to your original payment method.

If you have received the wrong item, we will exchange the item for the item you originally ordered or provide a refund as appropriate, and we will cover the shipping cost.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS ENTERED AT CHECKOUT If you have entered an incorrect address at checkout and need to change this once the parcel has been dispatched, you may be able to get in touch with the carrier to redirect the delivery, this will depend on the carrier and how far into the delivery process they are. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect delivery address and a new delivery address is requested, you will be required to cover any additional shipping costs to resend the parcel.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS If you have changed your mind about your order, we are happy to offer you a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. When returning a product it must: • include a reference to the order number. • be in its original packaging with all boxes, bags and tags intact; • include all accessories, manuals, certificates and warranty cards; • include any free gifts or samples that came with it; • not be worn, used, opened or expired; and • be in a resalable condition.

Change of mind returns cannot be accepted for the following products due to hygiene Hair or scalp brushes. Hair comb, hair clips, hair towel, hair ties or silk pillowcase. Where an item is eligible for a refund, we will refund the price of the item to your original payment method. Shipping costs for the order and return will not be refunded.

Orders must be returned by mail only. Return delivery address details will be shared as your return is processed.

Any items returned that don’t comply with our change of mind returns policy are unable to be refunded.

OTHER RETURNS We will accept returns and provide you with a refund or repair where the product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality. Where an item is eligible for a refund of this kind, we will refund the price of the item.

PROBLEM WITH YOUR PRODUCT? If your product is faulty, damaged or you would like to make a warranty claim, please e-mail [email protected] You are entitled to return a product and receive a repair, replacement or refund if the product: • is an unacceptable quality; • does not match the description provided; or • is not fit for purpose. These guarantees do not apply if you have simply changed your mind.

RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT To start the returns process, please email [email protected].

You are responsible for a product that you have returned until it has been received by us, as well as any expenses incurred in returning the product (e.g. mail or delivery charges). This means you must take all reasonable precautions (including suitable packaging) so that the product is not lost or damaged in transit. Delivery and return shipping fees will not be refunded as part of a change of mind return.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Additionally, you have the right to have the product replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
