Returns
We offer 30-day return policy, in which the customer have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return for items purchased from the website. The item must be in the same condition when it was received, unworn or unused, with tags/manuals, and in its original packaging and the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for the return postage. If the item is found to be faulty, Cherub Baby may refund the return postage within Australia. Cherub Baby will not be held responsible if the return product/s are damaged in transit or lost. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued if the product/s arrive damaged, used & not in original packaging with any tags or manuals.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Are these milk bags microwaveable? A. We don’t recommend microwaving the breast milk bags, as the nutrients in breastmilk can be destroyed in the microwaving process which also creates hotspots. Q. Can I re-use these breast milk bags? A. Simply pop them in the dishwasher with the ziplock open, or wash with a bottle brush and rinse. Then sterilise (please follow the directions in the pack). Q. How many uses do I get from each breast milk bag? A. The bags are designed to give you at least 5 uses each. So that’s 50 uses from a 10 pack.
