Returns
You may return a product if it fails to comply with any of the consumer guarantees for example, if the product is faulty or damaged or if your order was processed incorrectly (i.e. the wrong item was sent to you or you are missing an item).
Send us an email within 14 days of the date of receipt with 1) the order number, 2) clear photos of the product, and 3) a description of the product and the fault.
Once your return request has been approved (within the appropriate time frame set by local law), you will receive a return slip via email and instructions on how to process your return.
We cover return postage if the product does not meet with a consumer guarantee. You will receive a replacement or full refund as required by law. Note that return processes and costs may vary based on local regulations and taxes.
We will complete incorrect orders and accept exchanges for unused, undamaged items with the hygiene seals intact. We will send the outstanding item or exchange it for the correct item. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for damaged products not due to our error, misuse, and change of mind. We have the right to require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
