Damaged in transit or faults If you are concerned that your product was damaged in transit, or faulty, please contact us and send a photo of the product/s and the outer packaging (to: [email protected]) within 30 days so we can provide assistance and issue a replacement where applicable.

Please email your request to return your product to [email protected] along with your full name, email address, order number, and mobile number. We must receive returned product(s) within 30 days of your order together with a copy of your sales invoice / order confirmation before we are able to consider a refund.

Due to safety regulations, we cannot accept any returns for open packages – this includes customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. Once an item has been received, inspected and approved, we will exchange the product or issue a refund for the purchase amount. Please note, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
