Damages and faults - Products that are received faulty or damaged may be refunded or exchanged within a 30 day period from the delivery date. Please note this does not include individual negligence by misuse or improper care during this time period eg. being dropped, water damage etc.

Refund or Warranty Claims Process

If for any reason you need to process a claim, then assuming you meet the eligibility requirements you will need:

• Proof of purchase

• Date of purchase

• Order or Invoice number

• Detailed explanation of why you need to process this claim

• Proof or confirmation of faults/damages

Once you have these in place, send an email to us with the subject as "CLAIM - and Invoice or Order Number" so we can be in contact with you asap to resolve your issue.
