All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia, within 2 business days. All orders will automatically come with tracking. This means that from the moment it leaves our warehouse right through to its delivery, you can track it right to your door!

Returns

Due to health protection and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns if the IPL has been opened and used. Postage costs to return and re-dispatch the order will not be covered by Happy Skin Co.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalised beauty bags. Once an order has gone into production it then becomes non refundable.
