All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Shipping is FREE and standard shipping service is used for ALL orders. We aim to get all orders dispatched within 1-2 business days of you placing your order. We do not ship orders on public holidays and/or weekends.

Please ensure that your address is entered correctly in the checkout as Goodspace does not take any responsibility for address discrepancies by the customer. Goodspace does not take responsibility for any delays of your parcel/order from the moment it is handed to Australia Post. Goodspace does not take responsibility for parcels that have been given an authority to leave on the premises.

We have a 7 day return policy, this means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused and in its original sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it would take around 5-7 business days for the refund amount to be reflected in the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not always accept returns. We’ll be happy to discuss your order with you and help resolve any issues that you might have as quickly as possible.

Damaged Goods Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
