Please include the following information for efficient processing:

Full Name, Order # or reference, Reason for requesting a return, Clear description and photos of the problem with your order or product.

We will accept returns and provide you with a replacement, or refund where the product is found to be faulty, unsafe/unfit for purpose, or significantly different to the product advertised.

Once your return request has been assessed and processed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Approved refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed. Please wait this amount of time before checking your bank account, or contacting your banking provider. If you have still not received you refund after this time, please email us at [email protected].

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
