Returns
Flown Oak only offers free returns and refunds for items deemed faulty. We are happy to accommodate exchanges (return shipping at customer expense) if your item has not been used and is returned in all of its original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and we are unable to change or modify orders that have already been dispatched. We do not offer refunds for non-faulty items.
For ALL returns/exchanges we ask that you send an email to [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your product so we can assess the condition of the return. Please ensure you include all relevant order information.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
