Delicious cold or warm. We recommend squeezing into a bowl or onto a spoon to serve and do not recommend feeding directly from the pouch.  To serve warm, squeeze one serving into a microwave safe bowl and heat until warm. Stir product and check the temperature is safe before feeding to your baby. Never microwave the pouch. Any uneaten heated product must be disposed of. Always make sure your baby is in an upright position and always supervise your baby while eating.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

 Once opened store any unheated product in the fridge and use contents within 2 days. If pouch is unusually inflated, discard product.  Keep loose cap out of reach of children at all times.
