Shipping Policy

As we use several delivery partners to deliver orders, we cannot guarantee firm delivery dates and times. Below are indicative delivery times depending on the Delivery company. Regular Post - estimated 5 business days once dispatched. We aim to deliver products to you to the address you provided at checkout, within these timeframes. However, from time to time our delivery partners will experience delays outside of our control. For updates on delays, please visit the relevant delivery partner’s website or refer to the tracking information provided with your order confirmation. Where possible, we endeavour to keep you informed of any delays to your order. Your order status can be checked at any time by logging into your account. If your order has not arrived as expected, please check your order status online prior to contacting our customer service team.

Returns/Refunds Policy

We do not accept returns for simply changing your mind after purchase, yet ONLY for damaged or faulty items, you can refer to DAMAGED ITEMS term for exchange of products. Despite the above, nothing in these Terms of Purchase alter any rights you may have under the Australia Consumer Law. Please ensure you retain proof of purchase of purchasing products from our site and the goods in question if you are looking at exchanging your goods. DAMAGED ITEMS If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items. Please notify us immediately by contacting our team. Please be sure to include your Order Number & Proof-of-Damage Photos. This policy is only applicable to purchases made online; we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location. Exchange for purchases made online will not be accepted for exchange at VIERRA partnered retail locations. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
