Returns/Refunds Policy

For purchases made from a retailer, please refer to the relevant store for details. CHANGE OF MIND: Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order. If you require a return for another reason, please contact us [email protected] and we'll process your request within 72 hours. The timeframe for customers to claim a return is within 14 days. If your return is confirmed by our Customer Service team, Returns are at the customer’s expense. Refunds for shipping goods back to Homedics will not be covered.

Warranty

Our products come with a standard 12-month warranty period. If you purchased a HoMedics product from a retail store, please return the faulty product directly to the store at which you made the purchase along with your proof of purchase (such as a receipt or bank statement). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
