As a first-time Mum, I was overwhelmed by the vast selection and high prices of baby monitors on the market. So, I took a big leap of faith and designed my very own baby monitor: Tweetycam. I packed all my needs as a busy Mum-to-be into one product, and when Luca was born on the 18th of June 2019 the first Tweetycam prototype was put to the test. Over the following three years we stress-tested Tweetycam to the max, and today have grown to helping more than 1000 Australian families get a good night’s sleep.

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE Shipping on orders above $90. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world. What are the shipping options? We offer Free Standard Delivery for Australia on orders above $90. How long will my order take? Tweetycam uses a fast and efficient road-delivery network. Each order gets a tracking number. The Standard Delivery times are: Sydney: 3-5 days, Regional NSW: 3-5 days, Melbourne: 4-6 days, Regional VIC: 4-6 days, South Australia: 5-8 days, Perth: 10-14 days, Regional WA: 12-16 days, Brisbane: 1-2 days, Regional QLD: 3-5 days, Tasmania: 7-10 days, Northern Territory: 10-14 days. Important: Currently, all deliveries are being affected by the courier's delay. Please allow extra days from the estimated time of delivery. Where do you ship packages from? All our products will be shipped from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.

Returns/Refunds Policy

Our priority at Tweetycam is to ensure all customers are 100% satisfied with our products and service. Returns: Our standard return policy lasts 7 calendar days from the time you receive your product. If 7 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, we typically cannot offer an exchange or refund unless the product is covered under warranty. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in its original packaging, in the same condition you received it in. If the item was received in a damaged or defective state, your product will be covered under our product warranty, and you will be eligible for either an exchange or refund of your choice. To complete your return, we require an email receipt or other proof of purchase. Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the returned order to be reviewed. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a couple of days. Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send us an email at [email protected] Shipping: To return your product, email us at [email protected] It is up to the buyer of the product to cover the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty

Warranty: We offer a complimentary, 1-year manufacturers warranty on all purchased Tweetycam products. Your warranty covers any product fault/ failure aspect that does not involve any human error or misuse. In addition, all product handling instructions and warnings must be adhered to. Protection includes, but is not limited to: - Product arriving damaged or in sub-par condition. - Monitor failing to charge or turning on. - Power cord failing to transfer power to the camera. Protection does not include: - Any product failure/ damage due to improper use (Failure to follow usage instructions). - Product failure/ damage caused by incorrect set-up or incorrect power supply application. - Product failure/ damage caused by dropping, impact or water damage. - Scratches, dents, and marks caused by the user. - Superficial dents, scratches or marks on packaging box on arrival. Warranty claims are handled on a case by case basis and subject to our approval. We may ask for you to send photo/video evidence of the fault before commencing resolutions. To streamline the process and activate your warranty please send us an email quoting your order number, a description of the fault and photo/ video evidence. Once your warranty has been successfully activated, we will notify you of how we will proceed in either refunding, repairing or replacing your item. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
