Eat a balanced diet
You’ll look and feel better – and so will your teeth – if you eat lots of whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Both adults and children should limit cavity-causing sweets and drinks. Nutritious raw fruits and vegetables, yoghurt or cheese make great snacks and are teeth friendly too!

Avoid tobacco
